FAQ – Module Contacts

How to search for a contact?
1. In the Contacts module, click on the magnifying glass icon and check at least First Name, Last Name, Phone.
2. In the search box, enter the contact’s last name and press Enter.
3. Click the X icon next to the magnifying glass box.
4. Enter the contact’s phone in the Zoom box without preset, spaces and skip Enter.
5. Compare search results by last name and phone.
How do I find contacts compromised by anonymization?
In the Contacts module, click the Labels > > System labels > For anonymization within 30 days, For anonymization within 7 days.
When the contact will be anonymized?
The specific date of anonymization (deletion) of the contact is indicated in the column “Date of anonymization”. This column is eg. in the predefined view of GDPR.
Is it possible to restore anonymized contacts?
No. In the system database, these contacts are already anonymized and it is not possible to restore them.
How to Recover a Accidentally Deleted Contact?

What to do before I transfer contacts?
Before you run Contact Transfer, we recommend that you label all your contacts with a new label so that the new contact owner can easily filter the contacts by label.
How to search for contacts whose Last name begins with eg. F
In the Contacts module in search, click on the magnifying glass > icon, check (only) Surname > in the search field, type (copy) e.g. ^P.* Then you will see contacts whose Surname begins with “P”.
What does “Deleted Contact” mean in Activity, Tasks and other modules?
– If the Contact field says “Deleted contact”, then the contact may have been deleted by the contact owner. The owner of the contact can request the restoration of such contact at the info@freshflow.cz. Recovery will also restore activities, tasks and more.
– Another possibility is that the contact has been anonymized, which is an irreversible step.
How to find all contact’s activities
In Contacts > click a contact > (on the right) the Activities tab > displays all the activities you entered.
How to search for contacts by text in comments?
In the Contacts module > click the magnifying glass icon > check only Comments > type the word you want to search in the search box (next to the magnifying glass icon) > press Enter.
How contacts may be deleted by mistake?
For example, when you wish to delete one contact, but you don’t notice that you have marked multiple contacts and click on “Delete marked contacts from the database”. This will accidentally delete multiple contacts. Another option is through the synchronization of Contacts on your mobile.
How to set a custom view of contacts?
In the Contacts module, view and arrange the columns as you wish. Then, in Contacts > Views, > click Create View to > enter the name of the view > OK.
Each time you open the Contacts system > columns are always displayed according to the most recently used (saved) view.
