I wish to write / change activities in the calendar of the manager / colleague
1. In calendar > click Send invite to share > type User (manager or colleague name) > Share as: Allow Me to send listings > >.
2. Then, if your manager/colleague clicks Accept in the Sharing > Invitation Calendar > you will be able to write and change activities in their calendar.

Can I add information to a meeting?
Meeting participants can edit the activity if the organizer has checked “Allow invitees to edit the activity”.
How long to create a recurring activity?
You can create a recurring activity for both shorter and longer periods of time in advance. Recommended for 1 year.
How to change the specified result and reminder?
If you entered the result of the activity, including the reminder, and a subsequent activity was created, then if necessary to change the result or the date and time of the reminder, enter the result on the subsequent activity, eg. Completed, and then create a brand new activity with the correct result.
How I can copy an activity?
In calendar, click the Copy activity > (bottom left) > fill in the date and any other information > Save.
How to search for activities?
1. If you enter a contact on the activity, then in the Contacts module > click the contact (on the right) on the Reports tab under Activities and all the specified activities will be displayed.
2. In the Calendar module, display only the type of activities you are looking for. The procedure can be found in the instructions here. You can then use the arrows at the top left to scroll through the calendar.
3. In the Calendar module > click Month (top right) > Ctrl+ F (on macOSx Cmd+F) > enter the search text. The search takes place only in the month shown.
