Enter the first activity

  1. Open Calendar >click on an unoccupied time >in the dialog box, select the type of activity you wish to insert (you will see a specific menu according to the field you have set).

2. Add an event

In Add Event, select an activity from the list, e.g. Phone call – service (3) > enter Surname or select a contact from the list (4) > check/edit the time (5) > enter a note for the appointment (6) > Save (7)
