Introduction of the Tasks module

The Tasks module is your “memory” and at the same time your “assistant”, which will remind you of everything you need and warn you of what you might forget. It monitors both tasks assigned and received. You can assign tasks to individuals or multiple colleagues at the same time. You can check the completion of tasks in real time and filter tasks.

Introduction of the module

The basic view of the tasks can be adjusted according to what parameters you are interested in at the moment. If you click on each column (1), tasks can be sorted in ascending/descending order by the data in the column.

A red date indicates tasks that are approaching a deadline or should have already been completed.

To create a new task, click on the + New Task button (2) > a dialog box with a new task will open.

Under the “Actions” icon at the top right (3), you’ll see another menu:

  • Assign tasks
  • New project
  • My projects
  • Project from template
  • Templates (used to edit project templates)
  • Filter by solver

In the search (4), you can enter the name of the task you wish to search for. Alternatively, click on the right arrow (5) and you will see an advanced search.

The top bar shows your favorite projects (6). If you choose one of them, (7) will be colored and the PO will show you tasks only from that project. To cancel a filter, click the button on the right to Cancel Filter (8).

Clicking from the heart icon (9) will take you to the list of projects, where it is also possible to add or remove the project to your favorites. You can have max. 7 popular projects.

Search and filter tasks

You can quickly filter tasks by whether they are assigned by you or assigned to you (1). When you select one of the options, the button is selected (colored). To cancel a filter, the “Cancel Filter” button (2) can be used to cancel all possible filters. If you wish to cancel only “Me/Me entered”, just click on the colored button again > the button will lighten again and the filter will be removed.

In addition, you can easily filter out tasks:

(3) Your whole structure tasks

(4) Today’s tasks and tasks after the deadline

(5) Completed tasks

(6) Unread (changed) tasks

Filter by solver

Hiding/adding columns

If you don’t see all the columns, or if you want to hide some of them, click the gear in the last column (1), select the columns (2), and check the ones you want to show.

You can change the order of the columns simply by dragging the mouse.
